TPP Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a Head of New Partnerships for a national children's charity. This is a brand new position, paying £45,000 to £48,000, based in Central London and is permanent.

The charity aims to provide children from poor socio-economic areas with better life chances. They work with schools, community partners and leading businesses, including high street brands. This is a new role which has come about due to rapid charity growth. The role sits within the development team and reports to the Head of Development. The postholder will line manage a Corporate Partnership Manager.

The main aim of the role is to generate new income from the corporate sector. You will develop and implement a three-year corporate new business fundraising strategy. This will be aimed at securing six figure and multi-year partnerships. You will actively research and develop relationships with prospects to enhance the charity's brand and income.

To be successful in this role you will have sound corporate fundraising experience and a successful financial track record. You will have fantastic CSR knowledge and experience in developing different types of corporate partnerships such as COTY, strategic, sponsorship or CRM. You will have line management skills and experience.
