This well-established professional membership body have been doing great work for over 90 years, they are passionate about remaining one step ahead of their profession and are proud to lead the way on Learning & Development and consultancy services.

Our client, a fantastic not for profit with charitable status has recently been through a positive period of change, following this we are recruiting their Head of Membership, a newly created role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all four key teams that make up the Membership Operation:

  • Recruitment
  • Retention

  • Member Communications / Marketing Content

Each of these four departmental managers will report directly in to you and in turn manage the wider team of 14 across the division.

We are specifically looking to attract those of you with a passion and flair for membership sales and strong people management skills.  This is also an ideal opportunity for anyone who enjoys external-facing activities, including the delivery of presentations, talking at seminars and extensive networking.

You will be pleased to hear the division boast excellent retention rates and your wider team are a really friendly, dedicated and dynamic bunch.

If you are looking for a new challenge within both a professional and progressive organisation, I encourage you to apply.
