Our client is currently recruiting for a Head of Member Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for the co-creation and implementation of the organisation`s member facing services and functions, ensuring that a high standards of service delivery are maintained at all times.
- Direct the Deputy Head of Member Support and the Events manager to work in partnership with volunteers.
-Over see the design and delivery of innovative ways to ensure that members and members of the -Public have highly engaging interactions with the organisation
-Devise and implement standards for service delivery
-Prepare and communicate reports on service delivery
-Oversee the successful delivery of programmes of work and projects allocated to the member support department/Head of Memeber support.
-Lead processes to transform the service delivery across member facing functions
-Manager the procurement of goods and services required by the member support department.
