This International Humanitarian Charity are looking for a new Head of Marketing and Creative to come and join their team. Within this role you can look forward providing leadership and having overall responsibility for all aspects of marketing and brand management for this fantastic charity. Leading a team of 13, with 4 direct line reports, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the marketing and creative services for the charity. Alongside other senior colleagues, you will be deciding what key campaigns will be run over the year, and the delivering high profile impactful marketing campaigns that drive action and engagement. You will be leading on the development and implementation of the marketing and creative strategy and provide effective leadership during a period of change for this charity. You will also be working with the fundraising team, to ensure that all major fundraising campaigns are provided with high quality marketing collateral. You will be working with key internal stakeholders to plan content for all their major campaigns, and ensure that all strategies, campaigns and activates are optimised to ensure maximum public engagement and brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have substantial senior marketing experience
- A strong track record of the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Strong ling management experience
- Strong internal stakeholder engagement experience
