This well known international children's charity are looking for a new Head of Marketing to join their team. This is an exciting role that will be leading and developing a large team of marketer to deliver the charity's mass marketing within their engagement squads. Directly line managing a team of 7 Senior Managers, you will be ensuring that the supporter is at the heart of all of their marketing, and use insights and data to uphold standards and best practice. You will be setting the defining the standards and maintaining best practice for all the charity's marketing and to ensure devilry of effective owned and paid marketing to target both cold and warm audiences. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will ensure effectiveness of their marketing work and maximise the value that they receive from mass audiences. Further to this you will contribute as a key member of the Fundraising and Marketing's leadership team to contribute to the charity's supporter strategy.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an experienced senior marketing professional
- Have a strong track record in leading multi-channel marketing teams
- Have strong experience in data driven, multi-channel and multiproduct marketing
- Have a strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques
