Our client is a high profile social change charity going through an exciting restructure, which has in turn created a number of new teams and roles.
We are recruiting a new Head of Learning & Strategy to support the Impact and Investment Director, to design and adapt current social change strategy, including advocacy, grants and investments approach.
Within this varied role you will be tasked with managing the Impact and Investment Learning Budget, designing events and platforms to share learning.
Responsible for the charities ongoing learning, you will ensure, you will ensure this informs their own strategy, external partners and wider social change sector.
Leading a team of 6, you will work closely with Managers, Heads of and Directors, as well as external Grants committees, Advisory Groups and Key Funding Partners (e.g. DIFD).
