A registered charity and independent, not-for-profit corporate membership organisation who aim to promote a mutual understanding between the public, corporate and not for profit sectors through a range of
activities are recruiting for a Head of Leadership Development to take ownership and responsibility for the management and continuing development of their Leadership programmes and seminars in order to help a diverse range of individuals and organisations to develop and realise how different options can help them and their teams develop in different ways.

This role will require you to have strong internal management skills to manage a team of 5, motivating them and driving them through challenges and changes.

You will have extensive experience in managing the development and delivery of commercial programmes, ideally with a focus on leadership development. This will include the stringent setting of learning outcomes, exceptional knowledge of education theory and methodologies as well as training design.
You will also have an interest in the development and delivery of digital and blended programmes to fit with a changing marketplace and working environments.

Thirdly, for this role you will be a confident communicator and networker who can build solid external relationships as well as confidently promote, position and pitch products, services and programmes to potential and existing clients and customers in both public forums and private meetings.

You will also be responsible for 12 accredited delivery providers who deliver a variety of difference types of programmes, as well as for 20 members to ensure they get the best out of their membership with the organisation.
