The TPP Fundraising and Development team are working with an established national charity based in East London, who are looking for a Head of Income Generation. Reporting to the Deputy CEO, this role will manage a team of 10, and hold responsibility for: the strategy and further direction of income generation; achieving the organisation's annual income budgets; and ensuring new business is developed to achieve subsequent year's budgets.

This is an exciting time to join the organisation, which following a period of change is now entering a growth phase, and is exploring opportunities to diversify income and increase unrestricted income. It is expected that you will personally lead a new business drive, and ensure that the team works closely and collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation. You will maintain and build relationships with existing funders, major donors, trusts, Lottery and other sources.

In order to be considered for this fascinating post, you should have a track record in senior income generating roles, and demonstrable experience of working pro-actively to exceed targets and budgets. Charity sector experience is helpful, but not essential - candidates with relevant commercial sector experience are encouraged to apply. Additionally, you will have experience of diversifying income streams, you will be a strong networker, and you will have excellent team management skills with a proven track record in developing staff.

If you are interested in this role please send through an updated CV. Alternatively, contact Matt Adams on the TPP Fundraising and Development team for a confidential discussion.

We value diversity at TPP and welcome applications from all sections of the community.
