A leading Professional Body who develops the workforce in the Further Education Sector is looking to appoint a brand new role as Head of Impact on a full time, permanent basis. The position is for someone to start as soon as possible and will consider candidates with a maximum of a 2 month notice period.

As Head of Impact, you will lead on the organisation's approach to measuring and maximising the impact of professional learning and development within the FE sector.

Your main responsibilities will include;
Leading on building an impact-focussed ethos, ensuring impact is considered from the very initial stages of a programme;
Coaching and supporting programme design and delivery colleagues to ensure impact is determined;
Developing evaluation frameworks, resources and toolkits to determine the impact of professional learning and development activity;
Leading on a new approach to promote evidence-informed teaching across the FE sector.

To be considered for the role, you should have proven experience of designing and delivering CPD programmes as well as a track record in delivering teacher training programmes or experience of supporting teachers to improve their practice in the FE sector.

As the Head of Impact, you will need to demonstrate previous experience of planning and undertaking evaluation activity relating to programmes of work or professional learning and development.

Your solid understanding of the FE and Skills sector and knowledge of the principles of effective professional learning development will be essential for this role.
