A well-established housing association based in the City, London are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Head of HR Operations for a 7 month contract. The role comes at an exciting time of significant organisational change, therefore this candidate will be expected to take the lead on day to day delivery of HR operations whilst the organisational change programme goes into effect, which will be led by the HR Director.

Main duties for the Head of HR Operations: 

  • Day to day delivery of HR strategy and operational plan
  • Lead and actively manage Employee Relations advice (including regular TUPE transfer activity)
  • Lead on recruitment through the support of HR Shared Services
  • Provide momentum to the organisation?s established learning and development function
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining senior stakeholder and customer relationships
  • Provide direction and leadership to the HR Advisory team and HR Shared Services

Essential criteria for the Head of HR Operations:

  • Experience working at senior HR Manager level
  • CIPD qualified 
  • Experience supporting a third sector organisation through substantial periods of change and transformation
  • Commercially astute problem solver, with a can do attitude
  • Experience streamlining, improving and maintaining HR processes
