The main duties include , driving and implementing the HR strategy and to drive the culture change. You'll work closely with Directors to help put in place important process and procedures. The role entails managing a small HR team and inspiring them on a daily basis. The Head of HR will be heavily involved in the decision making process along with ensuring HR and OD targets are monitored and delivered.
My clients looking for someone who's supported at a Head of HR level before and has a proven track record of managing high performing teams. They need someone who can build excellent relationships and have proficient knowledge of MS Office and other software packages. Finally my client needs someone who's CIPD qualified.
