Based a short walk from the City of London, this progressive Non-profit Organisation is looking for an accomplished Interim Head of HR to join them until the end of March 2019 while they review the structure of the team.

This company will need you to have a CIPD accreditation and have solid experience at a similar levelled role. You will be managing a team of 3, made up of two business partners and one recruiter; the business partners split the strategic work with the operational side of human resources, while yourself, as Head of HR will work on the more senior roles as well as taking on multiple projects.

Your duties as Head of HR will not just stop at that, you have the remit to grow the learning and development function within the organisation; with one of your focuses being on solidifying the middle management within the Delivery area of the organisation and training them into what their duties are and how they can operate more efficiently.

Due to this being a 6-month Fixed Term Contract they are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The salary for this position will be £78,000 to £85,000 per annum (subject to pro rata)
