TPP's Fundraising and Development team are supporting a fantastic London-based charity with the search for a Head of Fundraising to cover maternity leave, and join the team for 12 months. The role reports to the CEO and manages a small multi-disciplinary team (8 people). You will work as part of the senior leadership team, lead the work of the fundraising and brand teams at the SLT level, and contribute to the wider management of the charity.
In this role you will:
- develop and implement the charity's fundraising strategy
- manage the delivery of all fundraising activities
- provide effective management across the fundraising and digital comms/social media functions
- work closely with the charity's highly influential campaigns team to oversee the creation of engaging digital strategies and develop inspiring propositions to mobilise a growing supporter base
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have an impressive track record in implementing income generation and supporter engagement strategies. You will have experience of securing significant funding through a range of channels including individual donors, high value supporters and corporate partners. You will be a confident communicator with excellent presentation skills, and the ability to motive and inspire staff, supporters and volunteers. Previous staff-management experience will also be essential for this role.
