This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small medical research charity based in West London in a newly created Head of Fundraising post. This is an organisation with steady income, but with lots of potential for growth. You would be joining the new CEO to devise and implement a funding strategy to broaden income generation across a range of income streams - particularly high-value.

This will be a hands on fundraising leadership role, although you will lead and motivate a small team of staff. You will work closely with the CEO and Board, and will be in close contact with many major donors. You will be joining a small, enthusiastic and collaborative team of staff at a time when the organisation is looking to build on their excellent reputation for medical research and commence with broader work relating to public awareness and influencing policy.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have a track record of having developed a fundraising strategy, and of building a diverse portfolio of income. You will also have prior experience of staff management, and of having solicited major gifts (or grants) from high net individuals, trusts or those in the business world.

If you are interested in this excellent opportunity, in the first instance please send through an updated CV in response to this advert. Alternatively, please contact Matt Adams on the TPP Fundraising and Development team for a confidential discussion.
