The TPP Fundraising and Development team are working with an established charity based in North Essex who are looking for their first Head of Fundraising. Reporting to the CEO, this new role will lead on efforts to increase unrestricted income through the development of a new fundraising team and the delivery against the charity's 2017-2022 strategy.

You will be joining the charity at an exciting time of growth and development. Specific responsibilities will be:

- Recruit, lead and motivate a small fundraising team
- Lead the annual fundraising planning process to produce effective strategies to achieve income targets across a range of income streams
- Contribute to the development and ongoing review of the Fundraising strategy

In order to be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will have a proven track record of developing and implementing a fundraising strategy that has accelerated income growth and established a diversified and sustainable income base. You will be able to build, manage and develop key stakeholder relationships, have a track record of corporate engagement and a broad understanding of charity governance. You will have experience managing a small team of staff, yet thrive in a hands-on fundraising role.
