Are you ready to take up your next number one role in Finance?

If you are a candidate who had been involved in change programme and a highly driven candidate who will be able to take the organisation to the next level then this is the role for you.

A highly regarded and long established national charity in the criminal justice sector with an annual turnover of £1.5million is looking to bring onboard a Head of Finance and Change Programme. You will be part of the Senior Management Team. This is an exciting time for the organisation. Having expanded rapidly over the last few years, the profile of this charity has greatly increased and, after undertaking a comprehensive strategic review, the focus is on the process of planning and developing front line services and organisational capabilities to deliver an ambitious 3 year strategic plan. Core functions encompass funding individual prisoner learners, policy and research work, media and communications and development of an innovative new digital service model to meet the needs of service beneficiaries and other stakeholder groups.

The Head of Finance and Change Programme will maximise the impact of the charity's resources ensuring the organisation is well run, agile and focused on transforming the lives of beneficiaries. Operating at a strategic level, in addition to Finance, you will be managing IT, Premises, HR and be part of the planning to meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.

You will be a qualified accountant with strong experience in managing internal support functions and play a leadership role in managing key elements of the organisational/digital transformation programme to deliver key strategic objectives.

Candidates applying for this role must have charity experience, with excellent communication, stakeholder and relationship management skills.

Candidates shortlisted for this role will be required to write a supporting statement. The closing date for this role is 19th November, 2017 and the first stage interviews will be held w/c 27th November, 2017.
