A leading membership organisation in central London who train, support and develop Postgraduate healthcare professionals in the UK, are recruiting for a Head of Examinations on a full time, permanent basis.

As the Head of Examinations, you will hold a key role in a large examinations team, reporting into the Director of Education, Training and Examinations. You will lead on the development, implementation and quality of all written and clinical Examinations as well as overall operational management, including being responsible for budgets, processes and projects within the Examinations department.
As the Head of Examinations, you will manage and motivate the Examinations Team, work closely with clinicians in multiple faculties and build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure the best high quality service.
With a commitment to innovation and constant development, you will also play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for change.
To be considered for this role, you will need a strong track record of extensive management experience in an examinations role within higher education as well as extensive experience managing day to day operations. You will also need to be an exceptional communicator with people at all levels and will be able to show your experience of effective people management and development.
You'll hold an advantage if you have knowledge of UK Postgraduate Medical Education or medical training processes and experience managing teams through change.
