TPP are working with a leading Membership organisation who are looking for a Head of Diversity & Inclusion to join them on a 12 month contract basis. The position is offered on a part time basis of 4 days per week and is based in central London supporting a number of regional locations across the UK.

The Head of Diversity & Inclusion will form part of the Senior Leadership Team working closely with the Directors of HR, Corporate Services, Regional and Policy while also leading on the steering group ensuring Diversity & Inclusion implementation to key network leaders and stakeholders. The Head of Diversity & Inclusion with partner with Commercial and Governance teams to increase diversity of membership councils and events and support the management board in delivery of key projects. As Head of Diversity and Inclusion, you will work closely with the Director of HR to ensure a wide awareness of the D&I strategy and deliver on training where necessary and, be able to present effectively to executive team members across the organisation.

To be successful for the Head of Diversity and Inclusion role, you would have held a similar position previously and built a D&I strategy from inception therefore understanding the process through to delivery. A solid understanding of D&I good practice is essential with the ability to inform a wide range of audiences on the importance and relevance of D&I issues. You will be able to build networks, influence and engage with senior executives while thinking strategically and taking ownership of the D&I strategy.

The Membership organisation is based in central London with locations across the UK and is a key voice in supporting almost 200,00 businesses across the country. The opportunity is offered on a 12 month contract basis and 4 days per week with an immediate start after successful interviews. The role is currently working remotely but may change to flexible office based over time.
