This is an immediate start permanent role working for a social enterprise based in the City of London.
Looking after the team of 3 people, you'll be responsible for the delivery of HR functions and services to the wider business. You'll also be responsible for the management of systems, processes, and numerous ongoing projects.
Reporting to the group director of people, you'll be responsible for managing mergers, and partnerships overseeing any TUPE transfers and consultations, policy development, and leading of reward, and engagement projects.
Applicants for this role must have a proven track record in managing various projects, sound employment law knowledge to lead on TUPE transfers, and must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in an agile, fast paced environment. Applicants must hold relevant professional qualifications including CIPD and be an excellent communicator.
