At Blind Veterans UK, we believe that no one who has served our country should have to battle blindness alone. It is our mission to ensure that blind ex-Servicemen and women have access to the finest quality of services to help them discover life beyond sight loss.
The number of veterans we help is increasing rapidly as we implement our overall strategy to embed a national footprint and take our exceptional services to the beneficiary. To support this, we have developed an ambitious fundraising and engagement strategy to develop our brand and significantly grow our income over the next 5 years.
To achieve this, we are looking to recruit to 5 new senior posts across the Engagement and Fundraising division - each with responsibility for a key strand of the new strategy. This specific opportunity is to lead our Customer Services & Data Management team.
We are looking for an experienced professional to develop and implement a plan to increase customer orientation and deliver value to Blind Veterans UK's customers, including members, donors, supporters, volunteers and partners. The successful candidate will lead the data and analysis function (circa 18 staff) and ensure that data and analytical insight play a key role in driving improved performance.
In order to be considered for this role, you will have a proven track record of developing and leading a large customer focused team, experience of developing and implementing customer experience and/or customer journey strategies, and demonstrable data analysis skills. You will be a strategic thinker, and a champion for innovation.
