Short description of role:

Our client, a Housing Association are currently recruiting for a Head of Corporate Planning on a 6 month fixed term contract, the main purpose of the role is to lead on the development of the Housing Associations Corporate strategy and performance framework, you will also be managing the overall Corporate Planning Function.

Main responsibilities

    • Lead on the ongoing writing, preparation and development which will include supporting the development and implementation of an internal and external communications plan, core values, enabling goals and KPI's
    • Lead on the creation of a new Corporate Plan for 2020-25 and developing and managing the high level planning process to ensure existing plans and goals are met
    • Lead on implementing recommendations for the organisation's new Business Planning Framework
    • Performance & Strategy Reviews
    • Coordinate and develop new goals and KPI's
    • Documenting new Business Planning Framework and its links to the Performance Management Framework
    • Develop and support new emerging areas of strategy which help support either our legal/regulatory compliance or our ongoing strategy and brand development, and to help inform longer-term arrangements
    • Provide advice and support to the Business on strategy deveopment and performance management
