TPP is working with a health charity to recruit a Head of Community to join their small and committed fundraising team. This is a full time and permanent role, based working in East London.
You will be part of a collaborative and supportive fundraising team and work with the Director of Fundraising to really drive community engagement forward, with a big focus on bespoke and challenge events, following heightened success in this area over the past couple of years.
The ideal candidate will have a track record in developing a variety of community relationships and have strong experience in managing community/challenge events. You will also be involved in setting strategy and policies to increase income and you will have the confidence to act as an ambassador across fundraising and care.
This role would suit an ambitious community/events manager looking to step up into a ‘Head of’ role – you will be offered professional development training including management training amongst a comprehensive range of benefits on offer.
