TPP's client, a leading provider of adult and elderly social care throughout the UK is looking for a Head of Care to be based in their central London office.

Directly accountable to the Executive Director, the role of Head of Care will involve leading and developing all Care Services within the organisation ensuring they are well led and managed. The right candidate will be expected to achieve a strong customer focused culture by leading and inspiring staff to maintain continuous improvement in service provision and customer satisfaction. As a member of the Senior Management Team you will be expected to contribute to organisation decision making and take responsibility for the wider organisational activities. Other key responsibilities will be to keep up to date with legislation, policy and good practice, regulatory changes and compliance, funding arrangements and safeguarding measures. Also to coordinate Health & Safety activities within Care and ensure the organisation adheres to prevailing regulations.

This organisation has managed to solidify its place in the care sector through continuous development while maintaining their standard of care. As such the successful candidate for this role will be expected to work to a consistently high standard of care quality, while being able to identify, develop and manage key stakeholders who can assist in its overall development and success. The ability to lead and provide effective direction, management and motivation for the Care Services team is vital to ensure that operational and strategic objectives are achieved. Clear, calm leadership qualities are essential along with change management capabilities to be able to oversee all transitions within the organisation.
