The Organisation
An ambitious charity which links employers with young people to build their employment skills and life chances.

The Role
The Head of Business Development and Fundraising will manage the charity's fundraising, including Corporate Partnerships, Trusts and Foundations, Statutory and High Net Worth Individuals. In the role you will continue the development and delivery of the organisational fundraising strategy, continually reviewing performance against targets, overseeing the delivery of an annual action plan of fundraising activity, and report regularly to the SMT and Board. You will manage and develop a small team of staff.

Person Specification
You will have a proven track record of developing fundraising plans and strategies and of managing teams of staff. A detailed knowledge of fundraising from Trusts, Foundations and Statutory sources is essential - knowledge of Corporate, events and Major Donor will be advantageous to your application. You will be an excellent communicator, have a flair in writing concise and well structured bids.
