I am currently working with a specialist AO which is a smaller subset of a larger organisation that is in an exciting period of growth and change, who also benefits from a warm, sociable, team-oriented working culture.
Their team is expanding to recruit a Head of Awards and Assurance Services. You will be responsible for taking charge of this part of the organisation including holding RO title, overseeing the product development areas, and growing its business by startegically looking into a more commercial approach.
Working collaboratively across the wider organisation and reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will be part of the larger senior management team, as well as directly manage four members of staff and have overall responsibilty for around a team of 15.
A large part of the Head of Awards and Assurance Services role will also be meeting with key external stakeholders, such as key clients and regulatory bodies. The senior management team rotates its meetings in three locations around England, so traveling two to three days per week is expected.
This Head of Awards and Assurance Services role will suit someone who has dealt with strategic development and operational delivery at a senior level.
