A skills body for the UK, that drives internal staff development, has a unique opportunity available to join their Grants operations team as their next Grant Contracts Manager (GrantGiving). You will be contract managing various grants, bursaries and non-grant programmes, ensuring that projects fall within budget, are contracted in a timely manner and subsequently monitored.

As the Grant Contracts Manager (GrantGiving), you will support the Head of Finance and Operations, and will work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure that funders' requirements are met, and to develop appropriate schemes, guidelines, funding programmes, application, and assessment forms for the fund. You will support on finance processes, budget, and cash flow management for each of the funding programmes in relations to the grants and bursaries. As well as this, you will develop, implement and maintain effective grant management and reporting systems on funds managed using their grants database.

This is a full-time role offering flexible hybrid working options between the London office and remote.

You will have the following skills and experience:

* Proven experience of working in a similar role monitoring grantgiving contracts
* Proven experience of grant contracts management
* Excellent stakeholder engagement ability
* Experience of setting up processes to ensure master templates and contracts are reviewed
* Confidence around budget tracking
* Excellent IT skills including advance Level of Excel
