We are working with a well-known membership organisation to recruit a Governance Administrator the successful candidate will also support with the support with HR and recruitment administration.

Main duties for the Governance Administrator:
Audit HR records in line with GDPR regulations
Draft letters on behalf of managers
Arrange introductions with team members
Liaise with payroll officer concerning new starters
Manage communications with changes of contracts
Process forms and applications for members
Support managers with recruitment
Manage compliance inline with senior management
Administration support to managers
Support to the board

Essential criteria for the Governance Administrator:
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and writing skills
Strong IT & MS office skills
Strong interpersonal skills
