I am working in partnership with a world-famous international animal charity on a 6-9 month Global Head of HR FTC role. This FTC position is paying up to £65,000 pro rata and my client is looking to have someone in post by the middle of May 2021. The charity aims to put animals on the global agenda and put an end to animal cruelty and suffering. They do this by working with governments, businesses and animal welfare groups to help educate people across the world.
The charity is looking for a skilled Head of HR to lead on a large number of important people projects that require delivery between now and the end of 2021. The key projects include Recruitment and Onboarding, Reward, Performance, DEIB and Embedding their Values.
The organisation is looking for a Head of HR candidate who has non-profit experience with a focus on leading the team to deliver the work on time and to a high standard. The successful candidate will report into their Global People and Culture Director and directly look after a HR team of eight. This includes HRBP's, HR Officer's through to the recruitment team.
The charity is keen to employ a forward thinking HR professional who can deliver the work whilst being able to manage the team through a time of change. You will need to have an empathetic approach and a global mindset (you don't need have experience working globally but must understand that the organisation is global). Global non-profit experience will be very beneficial. The role will allow you to work remotely but you must be able to travel to the London office when required.
