TPP are currently partnering with an established and global animal charity which works in over 50 countries. The charities vision is to look after animal welfare and put an end to animal cruelty. They are seeking a Global Head of Fundraising Integration on a permanent basis paying £50,000 to £55,000. The role can be based in London or in some global offices.

The role will be part of the international fundraising team and sit with the global senior management team. The role will involve providing strategic direction and support to ensure all donors and supporters are at the heart of campaigns. You will actively look for opportunities to integrate fundraising into campaigns and provide the tools and resources to achieve this across international teams. You could be working on campaigns which prevent wildlife as entertainment to campaigns calling for ethical farming.

When not working on campaign related work you will be leading on global fundraising projects with practitioners across offices. These could be projects which relate to donor retention, legacy giving, specific channels e.g. DRTV to GDPR/compliance. You will be focusing on what works well and what doesn't in each country/market and sharing good practice.

To be successful in this role you will have an excellent track record in direct marketing or campaigns. You will be comfortable and confident working across all income streams. Ideally, you will have international experience. Finally, you will be a strong team leader with the ability to influence stakeholders.
