The TPP Fundraising is excited to be supporting a well-known organisation to recruit a trusts and foundation specialist to be their Global Foundation Manager.

This organisation works to empower girls and young women across the world, representing and supporting more than 9 million globally. The projects you will be funding cover a wide range of areas, from climate change and sustainable development to tackling violence and improving body confidence.

An exciting time to join the team, they are expanding their network of funders and are launching new programme areas to help girls and young women fulfil their potential. The small team was established in 2019, allowing you to make your mark at an exciting time. When restrictions allow, you may get the opportunity to see the impact of these programmes by visiting them in country.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Work collaboratively towards ambitious but achievable targets.

  • Well research potential funders, writing proposals and developing relationships that work for everyone.

  • Build, and steward, existing relationships with international funders

  • Work well with both large and small foundations, liaising between them and programme colleagues globally.

  • Work effectively across the organisation and members from many different countries, from volunteers to CEOs.
