Our client, who runs programmes incorporating the Paralympics, is a UK wide Armed Forces Charity who has an exciting opportunity for an operations professional who is used to working in a fundraising department. This is a permanent post that covers multiple locations.

Key responsibilities include:

Act as primary POC for all operational matters
Represent the Department on all governance issues
Manage restricted funding process and support your team to run the Fundraising Panel
Work on a variety of projects such as better infrastructure and diversification
Reduce risk via driving excellence in operational delivery
Triage day to day fundraising operational queries
Engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders

It is essential that you have experience providing operational support in a fundraising department. Someone with strong face to face stakeholder engagement with a diplomatic negotiator approach would be ideal in this post. Your experience of working alongside multiple departments on various fundraising operational projects will serve you well in this post. Desirably you will have attended courses from the Institute of Fundraising and have very strong knowledge in fundraising compliance in areas including restricted income.
