TPP Recruitment are delighted to be supporting one of the most well know Children's charities around in their search for a Fundraising Manager who will work on the Supporter Development side of one of the most successful Individual Giving teams in the sector. This will be a 12 month maternity cover.

This is an amazing time to join this successful team as they look to bring in new campaigns, develop better audience insight and work in a different way. You will lead a team of fundraisers who are responsible for recruiting new donors as well as stewarding them to ensure their continued support. You will manage a range of their existing products as well as developing new approaches, currently these include regular gifts, cash appeals, weekly lottery and TV. You will also work closely with the Head of the team to develop a new fundraising strategy, utilising new technologies to better engage with potential supporters. The Fundraising Manager will oversee the management of 3 fundraisers within the team and responsible for their continued development.

They are looking for candidates to have substantial experience in Direct Marketing ideally on the supporter development side, being able to manage the delivery of multiple campaigns at one time from end to end. Experience across multiple marketing channel is needed. You will have experience in utilising data and audience insight to drive the direction of fundraising campaigns. An important aspect to this role is management of both team members and external agencies, having experience in both will be needed. You will have to be experienced in managing large budgets, both on the income and expenditure sides.
