TPP are excited to be partnering with an established London-based charity to recruit their first Fundraising Manager. This innovative charity provide high-quality support to the education sector across the UK.

The Role

The purpose of the role is to create and implement the charity's first voluntary income generation strategy, with an annual fundraising target of between £250k and £500k. Whilst there is a hope that this will be achieved by developing funding opportunities with trust and foundations, corporate partners and HNWI, it is expected that the initial focus will be on charitable trusts, foundations and other statutory bodies. Additionally, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to build relationships with corporates. Finally, you will support marketing with ongoing communications to existing funders and potential donors.

Person Specification

To be successful in this role you will have an excellent track record in generating income from Trusts or Statutory bodies. Ideally, you will also have experience of generating income from corporates and/or HNWI. It is essential that you have sound communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships. Finally, you will be passionate about improving education.

Benefits

You will receive a salary of £35,000 and pension contribution. The position is permanent and open to those who are seeking full time or part time employment. The charity benefits from flexible working options including work from home.
