TPP is proud to be recruiting for a leading Children's charity for a Fundraising Manager specialising in Supporter Development (retention). The role is on a 9-month contract, paying £34k to £39k plus £3,336 Inner London Allowance, based in London but currently working remotely due to Covid 19.
The Supporter Development team plays an important role in engaging existing supporters to build loyalty and income. The purpose of this role is to manage and deliver numerous supporter development and engagement programmes. This is a diverse portfolio that includes loyalty , raffle, upgrade and legacy programmes, working across multiple channels (online and offline). You will have budget and line management responsibility.
To be successful in the role you will have managed direct response marketing campaigns and have excellent knowledge of retention programmes/strategies. You will be experienced at managing budgets, reporting, and working with external agencies. Finally, you will be comfortable with line management.
