The TPP Fundraising team are partnering with a small international charity (a sister charity to a large French NGO), with the search for a Fundraising Manager (Community and Events).

The main aim of the role is to build relationships with the charity's key community partners - which at this stage are predominantly the dioceses and parishes of the Catholic Church. You will be responsible for co-ordinating volunteers and members of the Catholic community to enable fundraising and cultivation events including as well as educational talks in Catholic schools, universities and other places of learning.

To be successful in this role you will have a good track record of community fundraising. You will be able to lead and inspire a range of stakeholders, including donors, sponsors and parish members. You will have excellent communication skills, including presentation skills to build cases for support and fundraising. Finally, you will have empathy for the Catholic Church and be committed to the promotion and survival of Christianity in the Middle East.

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of community fundraising and of organizing fundraising events, and ideally a track record of soliciting and securing event sponsorship. You will have the capacity to inspire, manage and unite donors, sponsors, and volunteers in pursuit of the charity's mission.

To apply, please send your CV through to Matt Adams in the first instance. Alternatively, get in touch with Matt for an informal discussion about the role.
