Exciting role to be responsible for the development and implementation of this charities new fundraising strategy.

TPP's Fundraising and Development team are currently supporting an amazing environmental charity as they look to recruit a new Fundraising Manager to focus on developing their fundraising programme. This is an interesting position where at first they are looking for someone to in the first instance focus on trust and grant fundraising with the vision of developing across all areas of fundraising.

The key focus of the Fundraising Manager is the implementation of a fundraising strategy, this will include writing and coordinating fundraising proposals to trust and grant making bodies. The development of other income streams is an important aspect of this job and the growth of the charity. You will initiate and build relationships with funding bodies which will help you match potential funding opportunities to services and projects the charity puts on. You will also be responsible for their fundraising database, ensuring it is kept up to date.

They are looking for candidates to have success within securing funding through grants and trusts with a passion of developing funding opportunities through other streams. You will be able to create strong relationships with funding partners as well as internal and external stakeholders. Experience of working with fundraising budgets and able to report on successes and failures within monthly meetings.
