TPP is currently working with a charity with a family charity which offers advice and support to families which face difficult circumstances. They are currently looking for a Fundraising Manager, specialising in, but not limited to Trusts and Foundations.

You will be responsible for generating funds from grant making trusts, foundations and lottery sources to agreed income targets. Current funders include Big Lottery Fund, People's Postcode Lottery and Esmee Fairbairn Foundation. You will also aim to diversify funding in other less well-established areas such as challenge events and major donor. Currently the charity has a few supports in the Royal Park Half Marathon and have a small pool of individual donors.

To be successful in this role you will have a good track record in securing significant income from trusts and foundation. You will have excellent written skills and will be able to communication passionately to a wide range of different audiences. Finally, you will have strong numeracy skills in which you will be competent at managing budgets.

The successful candidate will benefit from a £35k salary, 30 days leave, 3% pension contribution, and the option to work from home. Please note this role might be considered on a part time basis, 4 days a week pro rata
