A registered cancer support charity for young adults, is recruiting for a Fundraising Assistant to report into the Fundraising Manager in their West London office.
Main duties for the Fundraising Assistant include:
? Assisting the Fundraising Manager to identify new sources of funding and opportunities
? Managing the event portfolio, recruiting individuals and teams to take part in planned events
? Leading on the growth of community fundraising activity against agreed income targets
? Preparing engaging proposals for support from a range of audiences
? Compiling and sending out information packs and newsletters to potential donors and supporters
Essential criteria for Fundraising Assistant include:
? Educated to degree level or equivalent
? Previous fundraising experience is essential
? Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills with great attention to detail
