TPP's Fundraising and Development team are delighted to be supporting one of the leading children's charity within the UK with the recruitment of a Fundraising and Partnerships Manager. Based in Wales this role will be covering a maternity leave within the team for a 12-month period.

Location: Home based in the North Wales

As the Fundraising and Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for maximising the lifetime value of local community supporters, developing relationships with corporate partners, business boards and fundraising groups as developing strong relationships are key to the success of this role. You will also look to deliver a range of fundraising products and events to engage a wider audience. You will work with other colleagues within the Wales region to develop new sources of income. They are looking for this role to develop more long-term sustainable support and relationships rather than the one-off donations. You will be required to travel across Wales, Meeting with a number of service centres the charity has as well as occasional travel to their head office in London.

You will have experience within relationship fundraising, the ability to proactively lead and develop relationships that have led to securing funding. You will have experience and fill comfortable delivering fundraising pitches and projects to a range of audiences. A key aspect of this role is to have the ability to demonstrate initiative and creativity in the approach of your work, being able to spot potential funding opportunities.
