An International Development charity in South West London is currently seeking a Fundraising and Office Assistant. This is a permanent role which will be responsible for providing Fundraising and Office support to a growing organisation.

Main responsibilities of the Fundraising and Office Assistant:

- Database updating and managing of supporter fundraising interaction.
- Ensuring an excellent supporter care journey.
- Tracking and reporting.
- Being a first point of contact for queries including teams in Africa.
- Research and monitoring.
- Stakeholder engagement and general adhoc projects.

Essential criteria for the Fundraising and Office Assistant:

- Proven administration support experience within a fast paced team.
- Excellent communication skills, written and on the telephone.
- Experience of using a crm system or data input.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised, attention to detail and a team player.
