A leading mental health charity based in Westminster is seeking a Fundraising and Communications officer on a part time basis (22.5 hours a week- spread how you wish). The charity has delivered mental health services in Westminster and Wandsworth for over 40 years.
You will be involved in development of an effective database and the management of a communication programme to keep donors connected. You will identify third party challenge events to generate income and promote this through social media. You will raise awareness of the charity at public events and at community/corporate functions. Finally, you will promote the charities digital presence through comms marketing, web and content management.
To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following criteria
- At least 2 years' experience of working in the charity sector in a fundraising, marketing or communications role
- Proven ability to communicate appropriately with target audiences across different media (postal mailings, e-communications and social networking)
