TPP is currently partnering with a dynamic children's wellbeing charity to recruit for a Fundraiser. The role is on part time job share basis, working 21.5 hours a week paying £23,494 - £25,342 pro rata. This is a two-year fixed term contract with potential for extension.

The Organisation

The charities mission is to improve the lives of children who are disadvantaged and most vulnerable in society. This is achieved through youth projects, mentoring and holistic support.

The role

You will be responsible for developing income through a variety of income streams especially through trusts and grants. This is currently the predominant source of income for the charity, but they are looking for an individual who is keen to diversify this through events, corporate partnerships or major donor fundraising. You will work collaboratively across the organisation, especially with youth workers, in order to build sound cases for support. Working closely with your job share partner you will regular review fundraising activities to ensure income is maximised.

Person Specification

In order to be successful in this role you will have a good fundraising track record and be able to demonstrate 5 and 6 figure income success. You will have sound communication skills, written and oral, in order to engage and enthuse donors with the work of the charity. Finally, you will be comfortable working with vulnerable people and handling sensitive information.
