I am working with a Children’s Charity to find a home based Community Fundraiser on the Island of Jersey. The role will require regular travel across Jersey, the Channel Islands. There will be on some evening and weekend work, as well as a requirement on occasion to travel across the patch to the UK on a regular basis for team meetings, training and to support fundraising initiatives.
It is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the following skills and experience -
Experience in a corporate fundraising, recruitment or sales and marketing environment
Strong communication skills to deliver fundraising pitches, ideas and project updates to a range of audiences, in a clear, inspiring and confident way.
Experience of developing relationships internally and externally with individuals and organisations, to achieve set objectives through these relationships
Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload, working autonomously or with the team
Excellent numeracy skills for entering, recording and interpreting financial data.
Passionate about the Charities goals and delivering excellence
