An award-winning Education Charity who empower young people to take charge of their financial futures are looking for an engaging, energetic Financial Education Trainer who is passionate about social change and the empowerment of young people. You'll join an organisation which consistently exceeds its targets and delivers significantly positive outcomes for young people.

This is a full time permanent role with a salary of £30 - £32k. You'll work from a base in Westminster but will also be flexible for delivery across Greenwich, Newham and Haringey.

As the Financial Education Trainer, you'll deliver 5 and 1 day training programmes to vulnerable young people aged 16 - 25. The training is delivered in 'real flat' settings in Greenwich, Newham, Westminster and Haringey. You'll deliver the training to an exceptionally high standard to diverse groups of young people with Special Education Needs, English as an Additional Language, young offenders in custody, Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children and those Not in Education Employment or Training.

You will also manage a Training Assistant who will assist in delivery and you'll work closely with the Delivery Manager to develop and enhance the financial literacy programmes.

To be considered, you'll have substantial experience working with a diverse range of young people including vulnerable youth and will have experience of education programme management, design and delivery. You will have a strong interest in financial education and will be dedicated to becoming an expert in this topic through the training the charity will provide.
