Haemochromatosis UK (HUK) is looking for a Finance Trustee to join their Board and help them ensure sound financial governance as they continue to grow and deliver their mission of reducing the social injustice faced by those with genetic haemochromatosis.
About Haemochromatosis UK
HUK is the leading UK charity supporting people with genetic haemochromatosis, a condition causing iron overload. HUK provide education, advocacy, and support services while promoting genetic testing and screening to save lives.
The Role
The Finance Trustee will play a key role in overseeing the charity’s financial health, ensuring HUK deploy resources effectively in line with our strategic goals. You will work closely with the CEO and finance team to present clear, accessible financial reports and provide guidance on financial policy and governance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your financial expertise to make a real impact on a national charity at a pivotal time in its journey.

Time Commitment
This is a voluntary role, requiring approximately 1-2 days per quarter. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel for meetings and events.
