This is an ongoing remote working interim Finance Officer role working for a developing not for profit based in the City of London. This is a part time role working 15 hours a week, and the successful Finance Officer will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the day to day transactional and operational processes of the finance team, ensuring the finance team provide effective support to the wider business.
Day to day duties of the Finance Officer will include;
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Setting up weekly payment runs
- Completing weekly and monthly reconciliation of bank and supplier statements
- Assist with administration of the year end audit process
- Process all income
- Monitor all deposits and payments
Applicants for the position of Finance Officer must have experience of working in a similar role ideally with in a charity/NFP organisation. Working knowledge of an accounting package such as Quickbooks is desirable.
