This is an immediate start on going interim Finance Officer role working 21 hours a week.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, working for this mental health charity is an exciting opportunity for a part qualified accountant who is keen to work in busy team.
The duties of the Finance Officer will include;
- To prepare monthly accrual schedules, depreciation, recharges journals.
- To lead and produce timely monthly management accounts for senior directors' review
- To perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- To prepare and run two monthly payrolls.
Applicants for the position of Finance Officer must have a proven track record in a similar role and be able to start asap. This is a part time role working 21 hours a week, and my client is offering flexibility to the pattern of work. The Finance Officer should ideally be studying towards relevant accounting qualifications and experience with an accounting package such as Sage Line 50 is essential.
