This is an immediate start on going interim role working for a membership organisation based in the City of London.
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working as part of a team of 5 people, your role as the Finance Officer will be to process all income from subscribers and service users. Working as the Finance Officer you'll be required to process payments from Direct Debits, Credit Card, and other online services using the CRM system.
In addition, it'll be the role of the Finance Officer to handle all queries from members and subscribers, so the successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills. Completing monthly income reports will also be the duty of the Finance Officer.
Applicants for the position of Finance Officer must have experience in a similar role ideally within a membership organisation. Working knowledge of a CRM data base such as Integra is ideal as is working experience with an accounting package such as Microsoft Dynamics.
