This is an immediate start, on-going interim role working for a charity based in South East London. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working three days a week the Finance Assistant will be required to process and manage all operational level bookkeeping.
Working as the part time Finance Assistant you'll required to process all AP/AR invoices, process staff expenses, maintain petty cash, and complete payment runs.
In addition to transactional processing the Finance Assistant will also be required to complete bank and supplier statement reconciliation and ensuring that all control accounts are up to date in preparation for the monthly management accounts.
Applicants for this role must ideally have experience of using Xero, or other cloud-based system.
