This is an immediate start temporary to permanent Finance Assistant role working for a National Mental Health Charity. Reporting to the Finance Manager you'll be responsible for providing accurate and efficient financial data.
You'll be responsible for processing and raising accounts payable/receivable invoices, completing BACS & CHAPS payment runs, completing monthly bank/supplier statement reconciliations, direct debit and cheques. You'll be the first point of contact regarding internal and external queries.
Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate an understanding of financial processes, and have experience in a similar role. In addition, you must be a competent user of Excel and have prior experience of working with an accounting software.
